No Painting Experience Required
We’re not looking for experienced painters—we’re looking for the right people.
If you’re willing to show up early, work hard, maintain a positive attitude, and learn, we’ll teach you everything you need to know to become a skilled professional painter.
Compensation & Growth Opportunities
Starting pay: $19-22 per hour, based on experience
Team members without painting experience start within the pay range and are eligible for advancement to $22 per hour upon successful completion of training
All team members are eligible for project completion bonuses
Top performers can earn bonuses that effectively increase compensation to $30 per hour
Opportunities for advancement into lead painter and leadership positions
