Full Time Auto Body Painter

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Time Auto Body Painter to join our dynamic automotive repair team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying high-quality paint finishes to vehicles, ensuring a flawless appearance and long-lasting protection. Duties

• Prepare vehicle surfaces meticulously through sanding, masking, and surface cleaning to ensure optimal paint adhesion.
• Apply primers, base coats, clear coats, and finishing coatings using conventional spray guns and airless paint spraying equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and equipment such as grinders, power tools, and buffing machines are properly stored and maintained.
• Follow safety protocols including proper use of respiratory protection and adherence to environmental regulations related to paints and coatings.

Skills

• Proven dealership experience or extensive background in auto body painting and refinishing.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, buffing machines, and spray guns for painting and coating applications.
• Expertise in automotive surface preparation techniques such as sanding, masking, and surface cleaning.
• Knowledge of automotive paints, primers, coatings, and airless paint spraying technology.
