Hill Country Premier Lodging is looking for a detail-oriented Vacation Rental Housekeeper in Johnson City, TX to help us deliver spotless, welcoming stays for our guests. In this hands-on, independent role, you'll take pride in your craft, turning over vacation rentals with precision and care, and following each property's unique standards to the letter. • Complete thorough vacation-rental turnover cleanings by the required completion time.

• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living spaces.

• Make beds and arrange linens according to property standards.

• Restock designated guest and household supplies.

• Follow property-specific cleaning instructions and checklists.

• Report time-sensitive property concerns promptly.

• Submit required completion photos and updates through the designated property-management platform.

• Maintain clear and timely communication regarding accepted assignments.

• Address verified cleaning deficiencies in accordance with the vendor agreement.

• Dependable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned properties

• Strong attention to detail and a consistent standard of cleanliness

• A smartphone with reliable service and the ability to use a mobile property-management application

• Reliable communication and prompt reporting of property concerns

• Ability to complete accepted assignments within required turnover deadlines

• Ability to perform the physical requirements of cleaning, including standing, bending, lifting, carrying supplies, making beds, and navigating stairs

• Availability during common vacation-rental turnover hours

• Previous short-term rental, vacation-rental, hotel or hospitality experience

• Experience using Breezeway or a similar property-management or task-management application

  General liability insurance

• Experience managing multiple cleaning assignments or properties

• Professional references from property managers, homeowners, or cleaning clients

Hourly Rate: $25 - $35

Position Type: 1099 Contract
