Position Summary

We are seeking a Bilingual Personal Injury Pre-Suit Case Manager / Paralegal to join our growing team. This individual will play a critical role in case development, client communication, and overall case management.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow with us as we expand across all firm departments. The position is in-person at our office in Downtown Orlando, where you’ll work closely with our attorneys and support staff to ensure each client receives exceptional care and results.

You will manage a pre-litigation caseload from intake through settlement, maintaining consistent communication with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers while ensuring accuracy and organization in every case file.

Responsibilities

  • Capable of overseeing 120 pre-suit personal injury files.
  • Request medical records, insurance limits, and compile medical bill summaries.
  • Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
  • Prepare closing statements and maintain accuracy in case documentation.
  • Conduct and maintain positive and enthusiastic interactions with all clients, medical providers, and insurance companies.
  • Manage communications and correspondence to keep cases on track.
  • Maintain updated notes, records, and documentation in the case management system.
  • Uphold the firm’s high standards of organization, accountability, and client care.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English required) must be able to communicate fluently and professionally in both languages.
  • 2 years of experience handling pre-suit personal injury cases.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury processes, insurance claims, and medical documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills with a client-first mindset.
  • High level of attention to detail and time management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
  • Dependable, proactive, and professional in all interactions.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $50,000 - $65,000 / annually with potential to earn a bonus based on performance.

Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
