Role Description The Dental Office Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Buffalo, NY, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dental practice. This role includes managing patient scheduling and flow, coordinating front office activities, and ensuring an efficient, welcoming experience from check-in through check-out. The Dental Office Manager monitors billing, insurance verification, collections, and financial reporting, while supporting compliance with practice policies and regulatory requirements. The role also involves supervising and mentoring administrative staff, collaborating with clinical team members, and helping implement process improvements that support quality patient care and a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Dental Practice Management and Practice Management skills for overseeing daily operations and workflows.
