What You'll Do
- Perform a variety of repairs, maintenance tasks, and remodeling projects for commercial properties
- Install, repair, and replace drywall, flooring, doors, windows, and cabinetry
- Conduct basic plumbing and electrical work as needed
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical instructions
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects on time
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards
- Communicate professionally with clients, providing excellent customer service
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a handyman, field technician, or in a similar remodeling role
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction, repairs, and maintenance
- Ability to work with a variety of materials, tools, and techniques
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or in confined spaces as needed
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
