What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2 Automotive Tech positions to fill position at Better Off Road?
Better Off Road is looking to hire a knowledgeable diagnostic technician or 2 to help take on the work load and keep the shop efficient and steady.
The ideal candidate/s would have at least a few years of mechanic experience, some tools and is willing to continue to learn about the new and upcoming vehicles while also working on the old rigs too. We are a full service shop with 8 lifts, multiple buildings and a schedule that stays busy year round. We specialize in aftermarket installations, lift kits, tune ups, diesel work, custom fabrication, wheels and tire upgrades as well as regular vehicle maintenance.
Full time position, week days from 8-5 and were always busy so there is plenty of opportunity for earning overtime. Pay is based on experience level and mechanical knowledge. (there is no shortage of tools at our shop, but its nice when a tech has their own.)
