- Assisting with personal care under the direction of the Health & Wellness Director, Executive Director and the Assistant Executive Director
- Monitoring resident well-being and assisting with basic health-related tasks
- Administer medications according to certification and state guidelines
- Supporting mealtime needs including setup, serving, and cleanup
- Light housekeeping and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Monitoring and reporting changes in resident health or behavior (e.g., choking, fever, chest pain, unusual vital signs, etc.)
- Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
- Must be 18 years or older
- High school diploma or GED
- CNA experience (Preferred)
- CMA certificate (Preferred)
- Medication Aide or Med Manager Certification (Preferred)
- If you do not have a Med Manager certificate, the position will require you to take the IALA Med Manager course provided by the community.
