What You'll Do:
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
- Meal setup, assistance, and light dining area cleanup
- Monitoring residents’ health and reporting significant changes (e.g., chest pain, behavior changes, or abnormal vital signs)
- Providing support with light housekeeping and laundry
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of experience in senior care (preferred)
- CBRF Certification (required for all team members in Wisconsin)
