- Serve as the welcoming face and heartbeat of our community
- Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to residents, families, and guests
- Oversee front desk operations with professionalism and care
- Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of the front foyer and hospitality station
- Coordinate transportation services for residents
- Track and monitor resident service preferences and maintenance requests
- Must be at least 18 years old
- 1 year of experience in customer service, healthcare, or hospitality
- Prior senior living experience (preferred)
