The staff will offer 30 minutes weekly for each resident, which is included in the base fee. Weekly apartment cleaning can include the following services according to resident wishes: Dusting, vacuuming of carpeting, cleaning of kitchen sink, strainer, fixtures, scrubbing of kitchen floor, cleaning of microwave inside and out, cleaning all mirrors, taking out all garbage-Garbage will be removed promptly and disposed of in the garbage can or recycling bin in the garage or large dumpster outside, wiping off light fixtures with a dry cloth, bathroom cleaning includes: Toilet sanitizing, sink scoured, floor scrubbed, fixtures and towel rack shined, mirror cleaned.
