We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk team member to join our healthcare practice. Duties
- Greet patients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures
- Manage patient intake forms, update medical records, and verify insurance information
- Schedule appointments and follow-up visits using the clinic’s scheduling system
- Assist chiropractors with basic clinical tasks such as taking vitals or preparing treatment rooms
- Handle phone inquiries, answer questions about services, and direct calls appropriately
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and treatment rooms
- Educate patients on post-treatment care instructions and clinic policies
Requirements
- Prior experience in patient service or healthcare settings is plus
- Strong communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care
- Familiarity with medical intake procedures and documentation standards
- Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments and records effectively
- Ability to work well in a team environment while maintaining professionalism
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare certifications are a plus
