What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse - flexible hours position at Better Horizons In-Home Care?
Are you an experienced RN? Would you like a more flexible schedule? We are hiring!
We work with patients in the comfort of their homes. Your work will be a hybrid of working in a client's private home or care facility, in our office, and in your home. We offer a flexible schedule according to our patient needs. Base weekly hours are 15 plus additional hours varying based on active patient numbers. Please note that this position requires hands-on care and is not solely oversight/administration.
We are an agency committed to providing high-quality in-home care and are looking for an RN who is committed to the same vision. We focus on maintaining positive, supportive, personal relationships with our clients and caregivers.

Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to, the following:
*Intake assessments of new clients and reassessments of current clients
*Delegations of medical tasks to caregivers
*Managing/tracking appointments of assessments and delegations
*Documentation of assessments and visit notes
*Caregiver training of procedures and usage of equipment
*Developing subject material for caregiver on-going education training
*Caregiver training for medication management
Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
