Operations & Production Manager

This is much more than an office management position. You'll be the person who helps agents launch successful careers, keeps our systems running smoothly, supports agents, coordinates marketing and events, and creates the structure that allows our team to grow.

As our Operations & Production Manager, you'll play a vital role in nearly every aspect of the brokerage. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading new agent onboarding, including technology setup, training, and integration into company systems.
• Supporting agent productivity through coaching, accountability, and ongoing technology training.
• Managing our CRM, helping ensure accurate data, consistent follow-up, and effective lead management.
• Providing administrative support to Broker/Owner Craig McKenzie, including calendar management, scheduling, email support, listing assistance, and special projects.
• Creating marketing materials, listing promotions, and social media content that strengthen our brand and support agent success.
• Planning and coordinating client appreciation events, community events, agent training, and company functions.
• Assisting with recruiting efforts by helping coordinate candidates, maintaining communication, and supporting onboarding as our company continues to grow.
• Supporting day-to-day office operations.
• Assist in maintaining compliance with documentation standards. 
• Tracking key performance metrics, lead sources, and agent activity while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate is someone who naturally takes ownership, enjoys solving problems, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where every day is different.

You'll likely be successful in this role if you have:

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience using CRM platforms (Follow Up Boss is a plus).
• Confidence in learning new technology and improving processes.
• Experience in real estate, property management, operations, or sales support (preferred).
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a collaborative mindset.
• Real estate license (it is not a requirement to have a real estate license to submit an application, it is a requirement to obtain a real estate license within 4 months of the start date)
