Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a welcoming environment.
- Manage phone calls, scan, fax and emails.
- Handle appointment scheduling.
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software.
- Support office management duties including supply inventory and ect
Skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Google) and data entry skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish) abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
