Position Summary: CALL CENTER MANAGER
The Call Center Manager oversees the daily operations of the call center, ensuring smooth workflow, high customer satisfaction, and achievement of performance goals. This role involves supervising staff, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), implementing strategies to improve efficiency, and providing leadership to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise call center staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Monitor call center metrics (response time, call handling, customer satisfaction, sales conversion, etc.).
  • Implement strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and service quality.
  • Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to upper management.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Motivate and coach team members to achieve individual and team goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in call center supervision or management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH & SPANISH

Position Summary: SALES REPRESENTATIVE
The Sales Representative is responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, building strong client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact prospective and existing customers through inbound and outbound calls.
  • Present and explain products/services to customers effectively.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet or exceed targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
