Employment Status
Full Time, Exempt 40 hours per week
Reports to Chief Executive Officer
Summary/Objective:
Directs and coordinates activities in residential and/or vocational programs by performing the following duties either personally or through site managers.
Essential Functions:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
- Hires and trains site managers.
- Directs compliance of managers with established company policies, procedures, and standards such as safekeeping of company funds and property, personnel and grievance practices, and adherence to DDS regulations.
- Supervises managers in developing supports for consumers at that site.
- Supervises site managers with staffing issues: interviewing, hiring, training, supervision
- Supervises compliance with ISP process and data collection.
- Supervise submission of administrative paperwork for timeliness and accuracy.
- Inspect sites to ensure that adequate safety exists and that physical facilities comply with policies, environmental codes and DDS regulations.
- Analyzes effectiveness of current supports and helps managers design any future changes to better meet the needs of consumers.
- Reviews, supervises and ensures consumer and family input for all agency supports and services.
- On-call for agency programs, as assigned.

Working Conditions
- Physical activities include but not limited to climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, pulling, etc.
- Exerting in excess of 100 lbs. of force occasionally.
- Subject to both indoor and outdoor environmental conditions.
- The worker is subject to hazards such as moving parts, moving vehicles, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services
- At least four (4) years experience in the field
- Additional work experience can be substituted for degree requirement
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Ability to work and communicate as an effective member of a fast-paced administration team
- Basic mathematical ability; may be asked to participate in contract budget planning
- Demonstrate leadership skills, ability to work independently with good judgement
- Certifications, licenses and registrations as required by DDS regulations
- Proficient in word processing and database software
Salary: $61,000 - $78,000 to commensurate with education and experience.
