How to Qualify
Option 1: Valid HHA certification → start in 5–8 business days
Option 2: 1 year paid HHA experience under a licensed nurse (no certification required)
Client matching is based on your travel distance (minutes/miles), not city names.
Job Duties
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Meal prep & light housekeeping
- Companionship, errands, transportation
No: medical procedures, heavy lifting over 25 lbs, mandatory overtime, rotating schedules.
Requirements
- Driver’s license & reliable insured vehicle
- Background check & skills/written test (80% minimum; prior tests accepted)
- Minimum availability of 20 hrs/week
