Employment Requirements:
-Must have High School diploma and one year of patient care experience required.

Must have current T.B. skin test less than a year *If TB skin test is over a year, must repeat Tb skin test or complete the attestation form by HCBS.

Current Drivers License
PCA certification (PCA Test is mandatory for this position) Exceptions: Please notify company of current certifications or licensures. PCA courses can be taken online and must be completed before hire date.
Social Security Card
Current CPR card certification -First Aid& Healthcare provider "required courses" can be taken online or at any CPR approved testing site.
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
