What You’ll Do
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and qualifying prospective customers
- Generate outbound opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media outreach
- Schedule presentations (appointments, meetings, demos) for Account Executives within their assigned territories
- Follow up on opportunities and collaborate with Account Executives to develop effective strategies that convert presentations into signed contracts
- Educate prospects on the features and benefits of Better Car People’s solutions
- Respond to questions, handle objections professionally, and ensure a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in Salesforce CRM
- Stay up to date on Better Car People’s services, software, and industry trends
- Collaborate with Account Executives to develop regional sales growth strategies
- Adhere to established sales processes and consistently meet or exceed daily activity and monthly performance goals
- High energy, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and virtual meetings)
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems preferred
- Prior outbound sales, automotive industry and appointment-setting experience is a plus
