Better Basements & Waterproofing is growing, and we're looking for 2 General Laborers to join our team.

This is not a waterproofing position to start, but it can be your opportunity to learn the business and advance into a Waterproofer role. In fact, our salespeople and management team started as technicians.

This is hands-on, physical work. You'll spend your days helping our waterproofing crews complete projects in basements and crawl spaces.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Moving materials in and out of basements and crawl spaces
• Digging holes and trenches
• Assisting the Lead Waterproofer
• Following instructions and working as part of a team
• Helping complete projects safely and efficiently

You'll do well in this role if you:

• Aren't afraid of hard physical work
• Are comfortable working in dark, dirty, cramped crawl spaces
• Have the strength and willingness to work in challenging environments
• Take direction well and work well with a team
• Show up reliably and take pride in your work
• Are at least 18 years old
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Have a smartphone
• Can communicate effectively in English

This is not an easy job--and we're upfront about that.

You'll get dirty. You'll work hard. You'll be in crawl spaces and basements that aren't always comfortable.

But at the end of the day, you'll know you accomplished something real. You helped solve a problem for a homeowner who needed it fixed, and you can go home tired, knowing you did meaningful work.
