Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Teller. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and the ability to use good judgement.
- 20-25 hours per week.
- Tuesday-Thursday 8:00-5:00
- Saturday 8:00-11:00
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Promote and upsell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Perform cash handling duties with precision
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience
- Prior experience in a retail or financial services environment is preferred
- Proficiency in 10-key typing and basic math skills
- Knowledge of retail math
