What are the responsibilities and job description for the File Clerk - Part Time position at Bettenhausen Automotive?
Bettenhausen Automotive is looking for a part-time file clerk to join our team in Tinley Park, IL.
This position will work an average of 15-20 hours per week with flexible hours.
Job Duties:
- File paperwork within dealership file system - parts tickets, rental agreements, tax forms, accounting paperwork, and others as needed.
- Electronically scan and sort all dealership documentation according to dealership management system.
- Examine incoming documents for classification and properly sort and store all items.
- Search for and retrieve information from files as requested.
- Keep filing current to ensure smooth dealership operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently
- Highly organized individual
- Strong attention to detail
Regular hours for this position are flexible and can be filled during the day or evening hours. Some evening or Saturday availability for training would be beneficial.
