Position: ELP Teacher- Emphasis on K- 5
Start Date: 2025–26 School Year
Starting Salary: Approx. $50,000 (BA, Step 0, based on 2025–26 salary schedule)
Required Qualifications:
Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Iowa teaching license
Must have or be working toward a K–12 Talented and Gifted Endorsement
Knowledge, Skills & Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the development and implementation of Personalized Education Plans
Designing engaging, enriched instruction tailored to advanced learners
Collaborating with educators, families, and support staff to meet student needs
Monitoring and communicating student progress and achievement
Contributing to professional learning communities and program planning
