Must have weekend availability. We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Snack Bar Attendant to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the friendly face behind the snack bar, providing quick and efficient service to guests while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Your enthusiasm for food service and excellent customer interactions will help create a welcoming environment where guests feel valued and satisfied. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your food preparation skills, operate POS systems, and deliver memorable service experiences in a fast-paced setting. Must be 16 years and older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of snacks, beverages, and light food items with attention to quality and presentation
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process sales accurately and efficiently
• Manage customer orders by taking requests, upselling items, and ensuring timely delivery of orders
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the workspace, including food handling areas and kitchen equipment
• Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and balance cash drawers at shift end
• Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring product freshness
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a positive experience
• Must be 16 years and older

Skills

• Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or quick service restaurant environments
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to enhance sales opportunities
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and transaction processing
• Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and effectively
• Retail sales transaction experience including cashiering and processing cash register operations
