This role is perfect for someone who’s upbeat, responsible, and ready to take charge — without the boring corporate vibe.

• Lead the team during shifts and keep the energy high

• Train new staff and help everyone level up their skills

• Make sure every order looks amazing and goes out fast

• Keep the shop clean, stocked, and running smoothly

• Handle customer questions and keep the vibe friendly

• Open/close the shop and manage basic daily operations

• Friendly, positive, people-person

• Comfortable leading a team (or ready to learn)

• Reliable and able to handle busy rushes

• Nights and weekends available

• Food service or retail experience is a plus, not required

• Able to lift 20 lbs (ice cream tubs aren’t light)
