Vehicle Acquisition Coordinator

In this position, you’ll play a key role in connecting with current owners and service customers, setting appointments and supporting our buy-back and upgrade programs. This is a desk-based, communication-focused role involving outbound calls, emails, and texts to our owner base. Essential Responsibilities:

Set daily appointments with customers to review offers on purchasing their vehicles.

Conduct consistent and structured follow-up with every customer.

Create and manage outreach campaigns to promote buy-back and upgrade opportunities.

Collaborate with the sales management team to determine the proper process for each scheduled appointment.

Work closely with the department manager to establish monthly goals and reach forecast targets.

Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication; actively listen, ask questions, and redirect calls to the appropriate department when needed.

Address customer concerns with professionalism and find appropriate resolutions when necessary.

Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring every interaction is handled with care and accuracy.

Adhere to the company polices for the following: Nonpublic information and Dealership Security Awareness.

Physical Requirements:

Candidate must be able to walk and move freely to perform job duties effectively

Ability to communicate with customers on the phone and in person.

Ability to sit/stand at lengths of time.

Qualifications:

Professional personal appearance

Experience in sales is requirement.

Training provided to achieve success.

Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.

Outgoing personality!

Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.

Ability to navigate through various websites and programs.
