We are looking for a dependable, full-time Mobile Service Technician. A Mobile Service Technician is responsible for providing service to our customers at their home or workplace while maintaining exceptional customer service. This can include traveling to customer locations to perform basic preventative maintenance, cleaning, visual inspection, diagnostics, recalls, accessory installations, module reprogramming and removal of parts and attachments.

We have a brand-new mobile service van with state of the art equipment and all of the tools needed to get the job done safely and efficiently. Our Ford factory training will help you build a stronger foundation through online and live training opportunities which is fully funded by Koch and Ford. Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor and customers providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Qualifications:

• Confident, positive, customer-oriented attitude
• Experience 3 years automotive mechanics experience (with additional experience considered)
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Self-motivated, independent worker
• Clean appearance a must
• Ability to work outdoors or in various types of weather
• Dealership experience a plus
• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
