Front Desk / Patient Coordinator (Part-Time Full-Time Opportunity)
We’re a modern, privately owned dental practice looking for a friendly, organized person to join our front office team. If you enjoy helping people, staying busy, and being part of a supportive team, this could be a great fit.
You don’t need dental experience to apply—we’re happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
What you’ll be doing:
- Greeting patients and creating a welcoming first impression.
- Answering phones and helping patients with scheduling and questions.
- Coordinating appointments for multiple providers.
- Communicating with insurance companies when needed.
- Reviewing treatment costs and payment options with patients.

- Friendly, professional, and reliable.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Previous front desk or customer service experience is a plus (but not required).
