What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Worker Partial Program position at Bethesda Lutheran Services?
Job Summary:
School-based program. Working school day hours as a treatment room monitor, assisting in treatment room management and providing intensive behavior and mental health support including applying identified therapeutic interventions in the treatment rooms.
Essential Functions of the Position:
1. Provide behavioral backup in school setting and crisis intervention.
2. Provide necessary support to Bethesda youth in treatment room setting.
3. Liaison between Bethesda Lutheran Services and involved outside agencies, schools, parents, etc.
4. Documentation of relevant information.
5. Plan and implement therapeutic groups as designated.
6. Assist with scheduling and planning as needed.
7. Work in conjunction with other staff to form efficient, effective, and cohesive team.
8. Counseling, therapeutic interventions.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
