About the Role
We are seeking an experienced On‑Site Counselor with Employee Assistance Program (EAP) background (desirable) to provide confidential, one‑on‑one counseling to employees at the client’s Erie location. The counselor will employ solution‑focused, brief‑therapy models and be prepared to handle crisis situations as they arise.
Location
Erie, PA 16531 (on‑site) 1 day per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individual counseling sessions on‑site, adhering to EAP standards.
- Provide brief, solution‑focused interventions when needed.
- Remain responsive to urgent requests within the agreed time‑frame.
Required Qualifications
- Licensure: Fully registered/licensed mental‑health professional (LP, LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
- Experience: Minimum 3 years post‑graduate clinical experience.
- Professionalism: Strong communication skills, adherence to confidentiality and ethical standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- EAP Experience: Direct experience delivering Employee Assistance Program services.
- Prior work with corporate or workplace counseling settings.
