What You'll Do
As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our facilities and equipment operate safely and efficiently every day.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Performing routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues
- Repairing or replacing faulty equipment and components
- Responding quickly to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records using Google Docs and related software
- Monitoring inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts
- Following all safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment
- Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively with supervisors
What We're Looking For
Skills & Experience
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers, email, and Google Docs
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, bend, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to safely use tools and maintenance equipment
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred
- HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical certifications are a plus
- Valid driver's license preferred
