Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute recipes accurately, consistently, and efficiently
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and organization
- Assist in coordinating smooth and timely food preparation during service
- Ensure all dishes are prepared according to club standards and chef specifications
- Demonstrate knowledge of menu items and outlet cuisine through food tasting and quality control
- Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment at all times
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
- Work collaboratively with fellow kitchen staff and front-of-house team members to provide exceptional service
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in high-volume, upscale, or club culinary operations preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- Knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Flexible schedule, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for hospitality, culinary excellence, and delivering a memorable dining experience
