Minimum Qualifications
- Valid Ohio Department of Education Educational Aide License/Permit (or ability to obtain one).
- Meets all state and federal qualification requirements, including an approved degree, required college coursework, or an acceptable score on an approved professional standards assessment.
- Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, resilience, and a commitment to high performance.
- Maintains a record free of criminal violations that would prohibit employment in an Ohio public school.
