Baking life sweeter since 1955, Bethel Bakery is an iconic, family-owned and operated retail bakery. We’re currently looking for a friendly and dependable Shift Lead who enjoys helping others, leading by example, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every customer with a smile and deliver exceptional service
• Lead and support Sales Associates during your shift
• Keep displays clean, organized, and well-stocked
• Write messages on cakes with icing (we will train you!)
• Accurately handle cash and credit transactions using our POS system
• Complete opening/closing tasks, including brewing coffee, tagging items, and securing the store
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1 year of retail or customer service experience (leadership experience is a plus!)
• String communication, basic math, and multitasking skills
• The ability to lift 30 pounds, squeeze pastry bags, and stay active throughout the shift
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong attention to detail
• A team-first mindset and pride in doing great work
  
  

Schedule

• Full-Time
• 5 days; 40 hours/week
• Rotating 8-hour shifts (opening and closing)
• Monday-Saturday schedule with one weekday off
• No late nights; we close at 6:00 p.m.
• Closed Sundays and major holidays
• Must be available to work during our busy holiday seasons
