Bakery Prep Lead/Supervisor Trainee (Will Train!)

Full-Time | $16.50-$18/hour

Looking to grow into a leadership role? Bethel Bakery is hiring a full-time Bakery Prep Lead/Supervisor Trainee.

Food service experience required, but supervisory experience is not. We will train the right person!

This is a great opportunity for someone with restaurant, bakery, café, grocery, or food service experience who is dependable, motivated, and ready to take the next step in their career.

What You’ll Do

• Help lead and support a small prep/cleaning team
• Assign daily tasks and keep the shift organized
• Assist bakery production staff as needed
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and organization standards
• Help with inventory rotation and product storage
• Assist with prep and dishwashing duties when needed
• Communicate with other bakery departments to support daily production
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Food service, kitchen, bakery, café, grocery, or restaurant experience required
• Positive attitude and dependable attendance
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to learn leadership and team management skills
• Must be 18 with reliable transportation
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
