Job Title: Recruiting Manager
Bethco Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Recruiting Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and hiring the best talent and will be responsible for managing employee benefits, insurance, and expanding the role through new ideas. The position offers opportunities for growth within the company to take on larger responsibilities.
**This position will work out of our American Fork facility**
Our Company: Bethco Solutions is a Utah-based logistics and transportation company. Bethco's team has 30 years of experience in the industry. Bethco’s #1 role in the global supply chain is servicing the logistics arm of Amazon (AMZL) as a contractual Delivery Service Partner (DSP). This is accomplished through last-mile delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent and fill open positions in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Conduct interviews, screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to ensure a diverse, talented, and engaged workforce.
- Work with managers to develop job descriptions and identify required skills, qualifications, and experience.
- Partner with department heads to onboard new hires, including conducting orientation, completing necessary paperwork, and providing an overview of company policies and benefits.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health, dental, and vision insurance, and other related programs.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on benefit programs and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, labor laws, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- 1-2 years of professional experience (can substitute for schooling and/or still be in school)
- Soon-to-be graduates are encouraged to apply in addition to graduated candidates.

Salary Range: $42,000 - $55,000
