MAINTENANCE TECH

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our facility, while also assisting with transportation needs for nursing home residents. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a service-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, equipment, and grounds
• Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies
• Maintain tools, equipment, and maintenance records
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility policies
• Safely transport residents to medical appointments
• Assist residents in and out of van safely
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of transportation vehicles

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position
• Schedule may include occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call duties

• Valid driver's license (required)
• CPR certification (required or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Previous maintenance experience preferred (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or general repairs)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Clean driving record and ability to safely operate a vehicle
