Requirements: Associate’s Degree in Engineering or engineering related field; fluency in English

and Spanish; at least two years of experience using computers with the following computer

programs: Fast Track Maintenance Software, iTools Software, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel,

Microsoft Access, Microsoft Outlook, AutoCAD Drawings; at least two years of experience

using hand and electrical tools; at least one year of experience managing maintenance

operations; at least two years of experience with control, mechanical, electrical,

electromechanical, and pneumatic systems; ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis, and

willingness to work overtime as required.

Job Duties: Oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep of equipment and buildings at Film Tech,

LLC; inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems; manage and oversee all preventative

maintenance activities; ensure that the shop area and tools are maintained in a neat and orderly

manner; carry out preventive inspections of the facilities and equipment to identify and resolve

issues; order parts and supplies as necessary to maintain a safe and smooth operating

manufacturing facility; keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities; maintain a chemical

inventory list and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for all chemicals used by maintenance; prepare

weekly maintenance schedules; ensure employee adherence to health and safety regulations and

quality standards and ensure employee adherence to safety requirements.

Pay: $63,277.43 - $93,038.00 per year
