- PERSONAL ASSISTANT
- I am seeking a Personal Assistant at my home. I am an entrepreneur who is a holistic chef/and baker. I specialize in trademarked, high-end, healthy chocolate confections. We will be marketing them nationwide by the New Year. I need a bright, enthusiastic assistant with good computer skills, including knowledge of social media, simple food prep skills and able to do what is asked of you on a day to day basis. Minimum 3 days per week, 4-6 hours per day. Must speak fluent English. Current verifiable references required. Pleasant working conditions.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive administrative support, including calendar management and phone etiquette.
- Manage social media accounts and assist with marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate events and maintain organized filing systems.
- Utilize computer skills for data entry and bookkeeping tasks.
- Prepare food as needed and ensure a welcoming front desk presence.
- Assist with project coordination and maintain effective communication with clients and team members.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
