As an Agency Manager, you'll oversee business growth, recruiting, team development, and customer success across auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. The Opportunity
Earn new business sale bonuses up to 300% of new business sales in your first year, with quarterly and annual incentives that continue beyond.
Sell personal lines insurance with the ability to broker business to carriers outside of Farmers Insurance for both commercial and personal lines
Participate in a 3-week virtual training program through the award-winning University of Farmers.

Requirements
2 years of experience in insurance sales and management
Proven track record of sales and management success
Leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop teams
Active or willing to obtain P&C and/or Life & Health insurance licenses
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of agents
Drive sales growth and maximize revenue opportunities across all lines
Recruit, train, and retain agents
Implement sales, marketing, and lead-generation strategies
Oversee agency operations, budgets, staffing, and performance metrics
