Dietary Aide – Part-Time Evenings
Location: Bethany Meadows – Brandon, SD
Schedule: Part-Time | 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM | Every Other Weekend
Pay: $15.00–$16.00/hour, based on experience
Shift Differential: Weekend shift differential
What You'll Do
- Assist with preparing and serving meals to residents
- Set up resident trays and verify meals are served correctly
- Deliver meals, snacks, beverages, and dietary supplements
- Assist with providing a positive and welcoming dining experience
- Wash dishes, utensils, carts, and food preparation equipment
- Keep kitchen and dining areas clean, safe, and organized
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
- Safely handle and dispose of garbage and waste
- Work together with the dietary team to provide excellent service to our residents
What We're Looking For
- Dependable with prompt and regular attendance
- Friendly and respectful when working with residents and coworkers
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- A genuine desire to provide excellent service to our residents
- Previous food service, dietary, or senior care experience is helpful but not required
