At Bethany Church, our Facilities Team plays a vital role in ministry by creating clean, welcoming, and well-prepared environments where people can encounter Jesus. This role ensures that all environments are welcoming, safe, and prepared for worship services, ministry events, and daily church operations.

Weekly Rhythm of Work
While tasks may vary depending on ministry needs, a typical week includes routine cleaning of classrooms, offices, worship spaces, and common areas; restroom sanitation and supply replenishment; trash and recycling collection; preparing ministry environments for meetings and events; resetting rooms after ministry use; monitoring facility conditions; and assisting ministry staff with setup needs.
