The Volunteer Engagement Manager is responsible for sharing the mission of the hospital with the community and connecting mission-driven volunteers with hospital programs to improve patient, family, and community health outcomes. This position builds strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders to create innovative and impactful opportunities for volunteers that are measurable, sustainable, and ensure success.

Develop and execute a system-wide volunteer engagement strategy aligned with organizational priorities. Design meaningful, high-impact volunteer roles that improve the patient and community experience and advance the hospital's mission and goals. Manage volunteer engagement team. |

Engage community partners to recruit volunteers for events and weekly service opportunities. Lead volunteer retention, satisfaction, and leadership development initiatives. |

Measure and report on volunteer impact, outcomes, and return on investment. |

Ensure patient safety, quality management, and compliance with all employment law, HIPAA, healthcare regulations (Oklahoma State Department of Health, CARF, etc.), and infection control standards. |

Qualifications:
