What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outpatient Therapy Referral Liaison position at Bethany Children's Health Center?
Job Purpose:
|
To efficiently process incoming referrals and other documents, create patient charts and cases, and maintain patients’ charts to allow for more timely patient scheduling and communication. While the Outpatient Referral Liaison will be assigned to a primary job position, they will be cross trained in other positions to help balance workload and to provide fill-in for co-workers as needed. |

Qualifications:

Education: |
High school graduate or GED with specialized training. Ability to speak, understand, read, and write English required. |
