What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outpatient Physical Therapist- $7,500 Sign-On Bonus position at Bethany Children's Health Center?
The Physical Therapist evaluate and establish goals for patients to maximize function and movement, minimize physical limitations, and increase independence and participation using therapeutic techniques, equipment, and opportunities. This position instructs and educates patients and families about therapy programs and use of devices and aids.
A $7,500 sign-on bonus is available for this position. The bonus will be paid upon completion of 90 days of employment and is subject to applicable taxes and withholdings. Recipients must commit to two years of employment.

Collaborates and communicates effectively with members of the patient care team; performs timely and accurate documentation and stays up to date on the most recent occupational Therapy techniques through research and CE. |

Evaluates need, orders, and/or fabricates appropriate therapeutic equipment as indicated by patient need. |

Participate in staff trainings, student observations, clinical instruction of students and interns, and family training opportunities. |

Education: |
Graduate of accredited school of Physical Therapy. |

Experience: |
Pediatric experience preferred. |

License/Certification/Credential: |
Physical Therapy License from the state of Oklahoma or proven eligibility for licensing within 3-6 months of employment with temporary license. |
