Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking BBQ Cook to join our team in Bethany Beach, DE. The ideal candidate will have a passion for preparing delicious BBQ and maintaining a clean and organized cooking environment. This is a full-time, year-round position requiring availability on weekends and mornings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook BBQ according to established recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cooking area
• Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
• Assist with inventory management and stock supplies as needed
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation
• Lift and carry items weighing 60 pounds or more as required

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a BBQ cook or in a similar cooking role preferred
• Ability to work early morning shifts (7am - 3pm) and weekends
• Physical ability to lift 60 pounds
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Willingness to learn and participate in on-site training
