The Administrative Assistant will serve as the central point of contact for the Head of School’s office, managing a busy calendar, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The Administrative Assistant will serve as the central point of contact for the Head of School’s office, managing a busy calendar, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the Head of School’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
- Coordinating communication with faculty, parents, students, board members, and community partners
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Organizing meeting materials and maintaining records and files
- Greeting visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Supporting school events and projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior administrative experience required (experience in a school or nonprofit setting a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Warm, professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Familiarity with Jewish customs and Holidays
