The Opportunity

BETA is a self-clearing securities processing solution for wealth management firms. Built on years of expert knowledge and hands-on experience, BETA provides critical back-office controls including corporate action management, middle office exception management, and front office account management and trading tools for advisors.

We’re in search of a highly skilled Senior Developer to join one of our cross-functional project teams and contribute technical leadership across our software development and deployment lifecycle. This role is accountable for designing, building, and delivering robust, scalable, and secure applications that enhance our suite of financial products.

You’ll work within a collaborative team environment that supports multiple concurrent projects, leveraging modern development practices and cloud-native technologies. This includes containerized application development, orchestration with Kubernetes, and streamlined delivery through CI/CD pipelines.

About the Team

Reporting to the Manager, Software Engineering, you’ll be part of a cross-functional team composed of developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and DevOps professionals who work collaboratively to support multiple concurrent projects. Our teams are agile, adaptable, and focused on delivering value quickly while maintaining high standards of quality and performance. Our business model is hybrid, working from our Bangalore, India campus.

What You’ll Do

This environment offers the opportunity to work on a variety of initiatives, from modernizing legacy systems to building new features and services from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

. Architect and implement enterprise-grade applications using C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.

· Design and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, including managing node pools and scaling strategies.

· Collaborate with DevOps to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, integration, and deployment.

· Partner with QA, product, and infrastructure teams to ensure high-quality, secure, and performant software delivery.

· Contribute to architectural decisions and help evolve our cloud-native development practices.

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across development, deployment, and runtime environments.

· Balance time across multiple projects while maintaining a deep understanding of brokerage-related business logic.

Your Experience:

· 5 years of professional experience in software development.

· Deep expertise in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET MVC, and .NET Core.

· Hands-on experience with Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration (including node pool management).

· Proficiency in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitLabs or GitHub Actions.

· Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL Server, and Entity Framework.

· Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and infrastructure-as-code concepts.

· Experience with modern front-end technologies such as Angular and TypeScript is a strong plus.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

· Experience in the financial or brokerage domain is a plus.
