The Opportunity
BETA is a self-clearing securities processing solution for wealth management firms. Built on years of expert knowledge and hands-on experience, BETA provides critical back-office controls including corporate action management, middle office exception management, and front office account management and trading tools for advisors.
Core Responsibilities
- Procurement of hardware, software and support services including, but not limited to the issuance of purchase orders, receipt, returns to vendor, and invoice match exception resolution, while focusing on procurement excellence, and enhancing the internal customer experience.
- Work within the Procurement module in Oracle NetSuite to enter POs and manage receipts.
- Identify and propose continuous procurement and vendor process improvement opportunities.
- Ensure that all executed vendor agreements and supporting documentation is uploaded into the DocuSign Contract Lifecycle Management technology platform.
- Collaborate with Finance to manage key financial processes, quarter and year end closing.
- Provide regular progress updates to direct managers, senior procurement leadership, and key internal stakeholders.
